Tropical Storm Chantal forms in the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Chantal, the third named storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season has formed in the central Atlantic and is approaching the Caribbean. There is a high degree of forecast uncertainty after the storm enters the Caribbean around Wednesday of this week.
